- If asymptomatic no need to start drugs
- Advance therapy doesn’t need to be in sequence
-Mavacamten: 11% had a drop of EF to 50%, need serial TTEs

Dr. @ChetRihal shows an awesome Innovalve TMVR case in an 80 year old man. Two specific potential benefits:
1) low risk of LVOT obstruction- valve is tilted away from LVOT
2) positive LV reverse remodeling- pulling of the LV —> slight ventriculoplasty
