Before all the stoppages. If a call didn't go your way, you lived with it and moved on. It's a sport. It's entertainment.

Was he on his way to or from where he needed them and took a spur of the moment opportunity to stop and engage with these young children? Probably. In which case it is fine. Did he don the vestments to go play? Likely no.

@OhNyquist All of Canada are sounding like cry babies right now. The ref moved to the back of the net. He made the right call. Replay showed it was the right call. Ducks win fair and square. Yet all of Canada is like, "Why aren't the refs cheating so our team wins".....
