Further disappointment with @SouthwestAir as they said, in writing, they would refund my flight to HI after a crap experience...and then never issued the refund.
Same cost now as the majors out of DIA and a worse experience. That's tough value proposition to sell.

@SouthwestAir We're A List Preferred. Reserved seats together on our way to HI to celebrate our engagement. Showed up at the gate - our seats were changed. Opposite ends of the plane. Total BS.
WTF is the purpose of reserved seats if they can be changed? Much less for ALP???
@SquarespaceHelp 24 hours after I submitted a ticket bc my site is not secure. No response. Nor can I chat live with a human bc the chat only allows me to submit a ticket, which I've done multiple. Very poor experience.

And all the error message says is, "Something went wrong. Try again".
