I used to think you could build almost any site you wanted on @bubble.
But after pushing bubble to it’s limits this weekend building https://t.co/ILnT2fi93H, I think you can build literally anything.
There’s no ceiling, think it and you can build it on bubble.
@elibeachy@bubble Definitely looking out for this, it's the last piece I needed for my Netflix clone project! Couldn't get them to hover only one at a time.
Getting through a hard problem on @bubble then just cruising and busting out features feels like when you're stuck in traffic for an hour then it ends and you can just coast and enjoy the ride.
And yeah I'm Bubbling on a Friday night WHAT YOU WANNA SAY BOUT IT
@TweetMikeLewis Hey Mike. I have a group focus element inside a reusable inside of a repeating group. The group focus animates on hover. Desired behavior is that once another cell in RG is hovered the initial animated group focus is hidden so only one pops up at a time
Making some mobile versions of pages on my #bubble Netflix clone project. Guide on responsive design by @buildcamp has been helpful.
In some cases, I'm straight up making a separate page for mobile and so far it looks much smoother but then there's updating 2 separate pages 🤷🏾♀️
Deciding when something is good enough to ship is something I struggle with a lot.
Growing up, if they saw me slip up in the slightest, it called into question if I was "good enough". Building through #NoCode is teaching me to take more risks and that failure is necessary.
@MattTheMrM @Nocodepediaa That's helpful. My initial reaction is that intolerance for issues is all that will happen but I'm developing a better POV that criticism can be used for growth
Things are coming along. Bubbs (Bubble) was the enemy for a while but I was able to get on hover/on click actions working inside a reusable element inside a repeating group.
@NoonelikeStan@bubble Most of my research time is spent on the forum. If I don't find the solution there, I'm definitely getting creative. I've been getting maybe a little too creative with my current build 😅
I'm finally gonna try this #buildinpublic thing. The idea of it always scared me but time to make the move.
I've been building a Netflix clone on Bubble for practice. Goal is to achieve a similar design (responsive too) + functionality minus the complex recommendation engine.
@the_icon_x@TobiGbemisola Love it. @tg_boost is trying to get nocode courses going for the African continent to make building software more accessible if we can help out at all.
I've been working on cloning an existing platform using @bubble just for fun but didn't really set a plan, just got excited and started building. Of course the database was set up all wrong🤦🏾♀️. All part of the learning process.
We are revamping our training program, we are replacing our Intro program with a highly competitive 6 month full time online #datascience program taking students from the foundation all the way through ML & building custom ETL data pipelines.
