@Realrclark25 I'll hit them with the "YOU'RE WELCOME" (with the look) in a heartbeat!
Or, if it's a double set of doors and the person didn't say thank you after the 1st set of doors, I'll go through the 2nd set without holding the door!
That shit burns me up.
I see your profile picture. That’s Johnny Cash. My hero too. Arrested seven times. Smuggled 668 amphetamines across the Mexican border in 1965. Took every drug there was and drank like I did. Cheated on his first wife. Slept with more woman than I ever did. Hit bottom in a cave in Tennessee in 1968 trying to crawl off and die. And then he got up. He got clean. He spent the rest of his life singing for prisoners and addicts and the people the country threw away because he knew he was one of them.
That was the whole point of the Man in Black. He wore it for the poor and the beaten down. He wore it for the prisoner who has long paid for his crime. He wore it for the ones who never heard a word of Jesus. He wore it for the addicted and the dying. He wore it as a standing witness that no one is past saving.
You picked his picture. You did not pick his message. Try listening to the words.
@KeithOlbermann Just heard CNN report about "rumors" of a "possible" Cabinet firing (Pam Bondi was named & discussed). I chuckled, as you just predicted as much in your last podcast.
I swear, idiots like this have no business anywhere near Congress or any other public service position. What's worse is he isn't as bad as our other U.S. Senator in Ohio! 👎🏾
*Living* in poverty is a daily experience in real-world navigation!!
Sen. Jon Husted: "People living in poverty are just not very, um, experienced at navigating the real world, right? I remember talking to one young lady who said, 'Well, I don't really know how money works at a grocery store,' because she grew up and has lived all of her adult life using SNAP cards to buy groceries. You literally have to teach people how to budget ... the buzzword today, let's face it, is 'affordability.'"
@megynkelly It appears she was trying to get away from the officer on the left, and the car to the right to do so (as evidenced by the tires). She was not focused on the 2nd officer, but only upon getting away from the chaos. She was *not* trying to run the officer down.
@WrestlingWCC I think about this regularly. My Dad is on home hospice and we've had our share of spats. Prayerfully, we've been able to get past things -- especially because he's here and we have no choice but to resolve things -- but it's not easy with two headstrong men.
I dated a woman for three years. She had a 2-year-old son, Leo, from a previous relationship. The dad was out of the picture.
We broke up because she wanted to 'party' and I wanted to settle down.
One night, she dropped Leo off at my house at 11 PM. She said, 'I can't do this anymore. You take him. You’re better at it.' And she drove off.
I have zero biological relation to this kid. The courts told me I had no rights. But I fought. I got guardianship because she abandoned him.
I’ve been a single dad to another man's kid for 10 years. I’ve taught him to shave, to drive, and to treat women with respect—ironically, the respect his mom never showed us.
She surfaced recently because Leo is a star athlete and made the local paper. She wants front-row tickets to the game.
Leo told the coach, 'If she shows up, don't let her in. My dad is the guy in the stands wearing my jersey.'
Biology makes you a relative. Loyalty makes you a parent.

The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in one of my favorite messages from his says, “When you see men fall, don’t laugh. LEARN. Because to laugh and not learn. To make mockery but not understand is to make the same mistake”.
Young brothas, learn from this.
Just a thought. 🫡
Physiological Truths About Men Who Treat Their Birthdays Like a Normal Day
1. They’re used to doing life alone.
From childhood, nobody really made a big deal out of their special moments — so they learned not to expect anything.
2. They’re naturally low-maintenance.
Gifts, parties, noise — it’s never been their thing. Peace is their real celebration.
3. They pour into others more than they receive.
They’re the “strong one,” the one everyone calls… but when it’s their turn, they don’t want to feel like a burden.
4. They’ve learned to make themselves happy.
A quiet meal, a prayer, a moment alone — it’s enough. They’re used to creating their own joy.
5. They measure life in progress, not dates. To them, a new year is not about cake 🎂 it’s about whether they’ve grown, improved, or achieved.
For white MAGA folks, Black success feels like white failure. They received free land, free labor, government-backed loans, GI Bills, FHA approvals, and banking privileges. Whites were never ahead because they worked harder. They were ahead because of the system. Now, they're not
