@Pa_Preps There is nothing in the legislation they cite that prohibits them from creating separate classifications for nonboundry schools. It simply says they can’t prohibit them from being members of PIAA.

@BobGreenburg Critical issue is boundary & nonboundary schools. Classify based on geographic location of students. If school has x students from outside boundaries of the public school district in which it’s located, it competes in the non-boundary division. Something like that.

@BobGreenburg I’m responding to his excuse for doing nothing. He cites the legislation. What part of what I’m suggesting would violate the legislation he cites? No one is being prohibited from being in the PIAA. As for how it’s done, Maryland somehow separates the two.

@wthomassports I’d love to see the numbers about beating a team three times. My take is you beat them twice because you’re better! And the better team usually wins. I’d rather play someone I beat twice than someone I split with.
