@roblabonne You should build a pareto chart with all of your expenses. Find the top 3-4 (ie payroll, maintenance etc) and break down with another pareto of top spend items within each. Think critically or brainstorm with store leaders about how you can reduce the top spend items

@roblabonne We have a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. Can't wait for my wife to stay home with the kids after this school year ends (teacher). Kids are always sick in daycare and it's really nice to have someone truly running the home so it isn't so crazy with transport etc.

@freshjiva I think the financial impact of the semi long term is much larger, but given that we don't have full autonomy the CT priority makes sense in a battery constrained supply chain environment.

@bradchoosefi We definitely took too long to dial back our cash savings. Opportunity cost of cash over the past decade is pretty scary.
