6: Progress Tracking /Goals setting
Remember progress isn’t just a number on the scales. Try these :
- Progress photos
- Tape measurements
- Body weight

- Mood/Energy
Set smaller realistic goals to help you stay on track!
5: HYDRATION
Our bodies are made up of around 60% water.
Aim for around 2 - 3 litres per day.
Added bonus if you fuel yourself with electrolytes each day.
4: Sleep & Stress:
Sleep is the most important thing when it comes to good overall health.
Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
This will immediately improve your state of mind, give you more energy and motivation to actually go out there and smash your goals.
3: You are what you eat.
Wanna feel like shit? Then eat like shit. Wanna feel superhuman? Then eat superhuman.
Provide your body with highly nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins. Watch your energy levels change and begin to thrive 365.
1: Calorie Deficit:
To lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. The easiest way to create a deficit is by reducing the number of calories you eat per day. I recommend a deficit of around 300-500 calories per day depending on your goals.
2: Exercise regularly
Build muscle and strength by doing regular weight training. Find an enjoyable cardio-based sport like boxing, swimming or running to improve heart health & increase cardiovascular fitness.

SLOW & STEADY
Dont just throw yourself straight back in to it! When you do get back into exercise, remember not to push yourself too hard as this can lead to injury. Start slowly, eventually increasing the duration and intensity of your workouts as you progress.
FOOD SHOP
When returning home from a trip to nothing in your fridge, it’s all too easy to put off food shopping and get a take-out. Plan to food shop as soon as you get back, The longer you delay it the harder it will be to get back on track.
HYDRATE
If you feel especially thirsty when flying , it’s because it is inherently dehydrating. The air pulled into the aircraft at higher altitudes is much dryer than the air we’re used to inhaling. it’s important to drink 3L of water to restore hydration.

A SOLID PLAN
When setting your fitness goals, you need to have a specific workout and nutrition plan and stick to it. Staying with a solid, proven plan for exercise and nutrition, you will achieve better results.
UNREALISTIC GOALS
Goals need to be clear & realistic. Don’t set goals that seem impossible. For example “I want to lose 100 pounds” a better goal would be “I want to lose 20 pounds.” With a specific, realistic goal, once achieved, you gain confidence and can set a new goal.
CONSISTENCY
Lack of consistency may well be the number one reason your fitness goals aren’t being met. When it comes to fitness, daily practice along with genuine dedication is needed to accomplish your goals.
4. Stay consistent and committed. Don't quit! Train hard stick and stay active, and keep track of your steps. Aim for around 10k a day.
