@TicketmasterCS need help. Had an issue when booking tickets for an event. All resolved a few weeks back but still no tickets appearing in account despite payment confirmation. The event is in 3 days but still no tickets! (it was e-ticket, not post)
@ArgosHelpers can you help with this? Can't get any response from DHL, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Website says sorry its delayed and still says due for delivery yesterday
@Argos_Online waited in all day for DHL to deliver new xbox, they have only just updated the tracking page to now say it will be delivered tomorrow. Not acceptable. Ours should be prioritised otherwise we might lose another full day waiting!
@TeamKnowhowUK I've been on to them for over 2 hours on hold. Spoke to one bloke who took all details then said he would add somebody to the call to sort refund. Still on hold waiting
