@TMobileHelp our wifi went out last night and no one is giving us any time frame of when it’ll come back. We have multiple businesses to run so that is of NO help whatsoever
@AmericanAir Hey @AmericanAir - heard from @British_Airways that T3 is an American-controlled area at LHR and that they only operate out of T5. My bags have never left T3. No wonder BA has no record of them! AA still has possession of them!! FIGURE THIS OUT!
@emin7696@HeathrowAirport I am having the same problem! What airline? I flew LAX -> LHR -> MAD and my bags are still in T3 of LHR. No one seems to care about helping. They pass the responsibility to another company. @AmericanAir@Iberia_en and now Heathrow all say it’s @British_Airways responsibility
@marylourandour@British_Airways@Dulles_Airport Couldn’t agree more with the customer service grade. I just called them a crooked company in an earlier tweet. Don’t know what’s worse - the lack of empathy from @British_Airways or the fact that there’s absolutely no sense of urgency to help their customers. Good luck to you!!
You know what is INSANELY frustrating? Dealing with an airline I will never fly again - @British_Airways. My luggage has an @apple AirTag in it. I can see it in Heathrow and it hasn’t moved for days. I’ve called them 7x, they hang up every single time. They’re a crooked company
@AmericanAir Oh yeah - @Iberia_en said my luggage might not even be in London (bc it hasn’t been “put in the system” yet) even though @AppleSupport clearly shows my bags in T3 at Heathrow. They haven’t moved in now over 24 hours!!!! @British_Airways @
@AmericanAir Exactly what I’m referencing…everyone says it’s someone else’s problem!! I’ve had 3 @British_Airways reps hang up on me mid-conversation, and the staff at @Iberia_en says it’s their responsibility. Heaven forbid someone actually service their customers.
Never have I dealt with a company that cares so little about customer service. Being stuck in a country for two weeks with no hope of getting my belongings is soul crushing.
