If rights don’t suggest use on their website & it’s stated in the contract than you can use that against them but is it worth the fizzle in that relationship to fight it?

@matt_marcu My take is, right now I’m in no position to say no to most jobs offered to me. Of course there are the odd/low paying ones I am fortunate enough to let slip or refer to someone else who needs it! But if it’s for a client I like & want a good relationship with, I say yes.
