@chevrolet for the future, recall letters get lost in the mail sometimes. I was just told I won’t be reimbursed for a defective piece because the recall letter was sent in January. Clearly, I didn’t fucking get it. Do better.

@Hertz How is that I rent a large suv from one of your Denver locations 3 weeks in advanced and they don’t have it on the lot when I arrive? Also do not have the rack we requested and paid for? Terrible service.
Dealing with @MrCooper has been insanely frustrating. Being told the wrong information for months only to solve it and then find out I was told the wrong info again. The customer service has been terrible. Except for literally one person. Brianna from AZ needs a raise asap!
@joshbenn80 @shawn2186 @News12LI And that’s choice than can make. Just like not taking it and waiting to see how the people who “willingly” took it make out. Only time will tell. I hope it all works out for all those who took it but I’ll wait and see.
@shawn2186 @News12LI Exactly why people won’t take it willingly. There is not enough data. Everybody says trust the data but there isn’t enough data on how this vaccine effects people over a long period of time.
