Both are wrong... 84 Fleer Update is hands down the set of the 80s. Multiple rookie cards for mid season call ups like Gooden, Clemens, Puckett and Saberhagen, and kicked off the update set craze.

That's the real aha in this. Yeah, great graphical improvements in 4 years, but 3 games plus a spin off or two during that time frame - all AAA games. Studios used to crank out AAA games every 9-12 months, now it's 5-10 years between releases. Hell GTAV is on its 3rd console.

I loved the old games without NIL. Dynasty mode was where it was at and after 2-3 seasons, no one with an NIL deal would be on my roster anyways.
