Jack Kirby's "The Face on Mars" is a comic story published in 1958, where explorers discover an artificial structure resembling a human face on Mars. This concept was introduced in the second issue of Harvey's Comics' Race to the Moon series, long before the Viking 1 orbiter captured the famous image of the Martian face in 1976.

@just2goodYT It has the Disney name on it, that's why. What you are paying for the licensing fee for an IP that Disney owns, that's why almost every LEGO set made based on Marvel Comics, Star Wars, & Disney cost 2 to 3 times more then a normal LEGO set.😒The same goes for DC & WB LEGO sets.

Created by Dave Stevens, The Rocketeer frst appeared in and indi comicbook of the same name by Pacific Comics ca 1982, and saw a movie adaptation by @Disney in 1991. @IDWPublishing will release a miniseries "The Rocketeer Infiltrator!" July 2026
