HasanBroker claimed responsibility for the takedown BreachForums as part of an operation named #OpVictoria.

The actor alleges exploiting SQLi, XSS, and SSRF flaws to gain access, expose the origin server, and disrupt the service, including via DDoS attacks. The operation reportedly ended with mass abuse complaints to the registrar, leading ICANN to suspend the domain, with warnings of renewed attacks if the site reappears.
