4 x 20 : Lat Pull Downs
4 x 5: Assisted Pull Ups
4 x 10: Weight Knee Push Ups
4 x 15: Tricep Extensions
4 x 8: Incline DB Bench
Finished with 50 med ball sit-ups.

Hitting Highlights from The Colorado Sparkler. Started in the supplemental power pool, ended in the National power pool. Didn’t end how we wanted, but great things to take away. So proud of how my team competed, going 5-2 on the week.
