@SportsSturm I believe he is simply saying in the budget I have created, we can’t do it. People react like he is talking about the Cap but he isn’t. He is talking about his self imposed budget. I truly believe that is one of the ways he can convince himself he isn’t just flat out lying.

@mcuban The giant loop hole in all state insurance laws (prompt pay, balance billing prihibition, etc) is that only fully funded plans can be regulated by state insurance laws. Self funded ERIAA plans aren’t subject to these laws and that represents 60-75% of insurance plans in the US.

@MattGlassman312 such a terrible way to govern. EO that can’t legally be done, cause panic and turmoil everywhere, only to withdraw the EO 48 hours later. It’s like a toxic relationship where one person says something completely outrageous just to see the reaction but knowing they don’t mean it.
