@BTCare tried them, useless they tell me I need to speak to the complaints team and when I ask to be put through, I'm told it's not possible

@BTCare yep tried that and was told I have to wait for a deadlock letter! I haven't even had an acknowledgement letter!

@BTCare no I logged a complaint in December and only received a complaint reference 2 weeks ago. Apparently I have to wait for a letter
