@ericacbarnett The condoization of Ballard can be tied back to racist zoning codes of 100 years ago. “Historic” orgs then made sure the main SFH areas didn’t suffer the indignity of a small apt building, so they were pushed to Ballard which didn’t so much have the zoning gatekeepers.
