We are being tracked by many different companies & entities but the key difference is the government / law enforcement needs a warrant to get access to your data, based on real evidence or suspicion of a crime. This automated video monitoring is capturing data 24/7 and making it available to local, state and federal officials without any warrant or oversight. You really don’t get how that’s fundamentally different?

Familiarize yourself with the Emoluments Clause, specifically the Foreign Emoluments Clause (Article I, Section 9, Clause 8). It’s in the Constitution for situations exactly like this.
