@jasonrmcintyre Exactly. Players lie and dive all over the field, all game long. That’s one thing Americans hate about the sport. You can’t pretend to care about diving by destroying the game. Total nonsense
@USMNTCORNER Does Jones even have coaching credentials? Playing at a high level doesn’t qualify him for that job. Hard to care about it without knowing if Jones should have even been in the conversation
@USMNTTAKES Watching Belgium lose a close game to Spain tells me Pochettino was never beating them with our squad. The players aren’t good enough. Lots of reasons for that, but Pochettino is t one of them.
@AlexiLalas If I fault Pochettino for the Belgium game, it is less about tactics, and more about having his starting 11 ready to play with the needed aggression. They were flat, and slow, and timid. Some of that is the fault of weak team leadership, but a lot is on the gaffer.
@ussoccerfeed Oh, so only men who’ve played in Top Three European leagues and on national teams are entitled to opinions on this? BS. By the way, Carli is far more qualified to speak on these issues than whichever nerd runs this account
@ReallyDanWeiner So what? Declan Rice played 68 games this year. Pulisic is not overworked. He’s a fragile, hothouse flower. He wants to make sure he plays as many club games as possible. Good! He should retire from international play. We won’t miss him
