It does NOT "do away with the electoral college." Though, some would argue that the EC is racist and should be dispatched to the dustbin of history.

I never outgrew my autism, but in middle school, I decided to conduct an ethnographic study of “normal” people, so I could mimic their behaviors. It worked. But I’m still on the #SPECTRUM and I still identify as #autistic If you know me well, you’d say, “Yeah that makes sense.”
