I am part of the 40! 💙

Last June 27 to July 1, we underwent a week-long immersion in the #1 Employer of Choice in the Philippines - Unilever. Out of 4,500 applicants, only 40 were selected and I am happy to be one of them and will soon be interning under the Marketing function.

However, what I liked most during my stay in Unilever is the work culture. We've seen how each employee, no matter the position, cares for each other and makes sure that no one is left behind. Flying all the way from Bacolod and celebrating my birthday in Makati was worth it!

we must acknowledge the need for us to have more representation and to provide equal opportunities for women, especially in the grassroots. I have personally seen outfits (the equivalent of a troop) who have yet to accept female members.
