@_delconte @TexasSoftball Security at softball needs to stay in stadium seating area. When LSU hit home run there was a physical altercation between LSU superfan who kept walking common walkway. He got his face in lower seat fans face and a Texas fan had to break up shoving. Security nowhere near this

@realEstateTrent It would be professional malpractice for a buyers representative of real estate to ignore any valuations of property you are buying including tax value and recent sales transactions as they impact current value. They impact taxation, insurance, and rental value.

@SpiveyConsult GRE threatened the lsat and Harvard and other elite schools sent letters to their students with high gre scores. We will give you admission if you don’t take the lsat. Then lsat people changed the test to produce higher scores. LSAT is trying to crush GRE admissions.
