@mittycal amg nao recomendo porque é uma porra fedorenta e sinceramente nem tira tanto o apetite assim, depois de 10 minutos ta com fome de novo, amarela os dentes e no meu caso me da espinha, mas como fumante meu favorito é o camel da linha kretek que é de cravo (o berry e o ice)

but its important you understand how our body consumes the calories, it will always get the muscles before the fat and our heart is all muscles, so your body will consume if it needs to
@AggroVarlot@bbyjasmiiine@starrygurt honestly muscle burns a lot more calories than being skeletical so thats a plus, also is way easier to lose muscle than fat, if you dont do training and dont eat a lot of protein that muscle will ago away pretty quick
but i always recomend having some muscles to save your heart

it still develops your calves tho, but it gets to a point where you stagnate cause you are not increasing the weight, you are always carrying the exact same amount (your body weight)

walking and workouts are cardios, and you cant have a control on your weight lifting just carrying heavy shit so you cant tell how your progress is doing
thats just how muscle gain works

i bet none of us is hitting 150g of protein per day so there is no way our body is actually building crazy amounts of muscles doesnt matter how heavy we lift
@AggroVarlot@bbyjasmiiine@starrygurt hourglass tends to accumulate weight in the thighs as well, if you dont do heavy training and eat a lot of protein your lack of a tg is not from muscle gain, its just fat distribution and your body type

so having 10 pounds of muscle will look leaner than 10 pounds of fat as well as increase your bmr since muscle maintenance consumes more calories than fat

if your body type is wide hips smaller shoulders any weight gain will go for your thighs (muscle or fat) that is my case as well
just like some women have really slim legs with huge arms/shoulders
só pra deixar claro que o problema nao é o peso e sim a pessoa tirar a foto de outra forma (angulo, distancia e ate a forma que o celular ta posicionado) em comparaçao com a primeira e depois vir com isso de "ainnn tem uma diferencinha nas fotos???"
