It's now 2 years since Zoë Bull's book Rare: A Journey of Self-Acceptance was published. The inspirational book shares Zoë's personal journey of being a young woman with TSC. Zoë was a popular part of the TSC community, sadly passing away in 2021.

@zoeannewest Hi Zoe, The Doves Farm Freee plain and self-raising flours really good for adapting recipes. A favourite for the whole family is the Victoria sponge recipe on the back of the SR flour packet. I add 2 tbsp cocoa to the mix and one to the butter cream for a great chocolate cake!
