@Geniustechw Service animals do not HAVE to wear a vest that advertises they are a service animal. That’s more of a convenience to others. Airlines only allow verifiable service animals in the cabin. Emotional support animals are no longer allowed in the cabin.

@KinoBlackSheep @Geniustechw Airlines don’t allow emotional support in the cabin anymore. They only allow verifiable “service animals”. Federal government now distinguishes between the 2. Service animals cannot be discriminated against in housing but that’s the only protections they have now.

It just means they won’t receive anything from that particular trust unless they become the owner of that trust due to survivorship. They can still be named in the will and receive inheritance another way.

@VELHONHAMMAS @SallyfromDE @CoffindafferFBI That’s not true. A trust doesn’t determine inheritance. a trust is an asset that can be named in a will. The will ultimately decides inheritance. My grandparents had their house in a trust and that didn’t lock their children out of obtaining that asset when they died.
