Sunday #anxiety is a thing.
And it most often happens when you dread the week to come.
There are no easy answers when you're not happy with where you are.
But acceptance is a place to start.
Accept where you are.
Go from there.

Life can be brutal. It can make you question your value.
Don't let hateful people win.
The way you handle your struggle says more about you than they could ever say about themselves.
This is for anyone who's ever been told they're not good enough.
And it's for anyone who has been intentionally excluded.
Or talked over.
Or had their feelings repeatedly invalidated.
#Life isn't always kind.
But there are kind people out there.
So please keep going.
#love
People will put you down.
They will tell you that you're worthless.
But remember something.
That's their problem.
Not yours.
They feel bad enough about themselves that they need to hurt others.
But you know your true worth.
That's all that matters.
#SaturdayNight
You are not broken.
You're not.
If you think you are, I want you to stop that.
Everyone can change.
And that means you.
If you feel broken, OK.
Feel that feeling.
But then lift yourself up.
You deserve it.

If you hope for more, you have to be willing to put in the work.
It's scary to expect more from yourself, but it's worth pushing through the fear.
It's how you learn. It's how the hardest times recede in the rearview and become distant memories.
The greatest feat is to overcome yourself-- to not get stuck in who you are, but to, instead, see what you are capable of by relinquishing your need for control.
#SundayThoughts
The most intensely painful experiences are the most meaningful.
They guide us to where we need to be.
Without them, we would be so much less than we currently are.
What if the person you want to be and the person you left behind are one and the same?
Couldn't both be true?
Couldn't the person you're seeking already exist?
Maybe it's not about changing yourself.
Maybe it's stepping into who you are in a brand new context.
If you've ever:
1. Lost hours to #anxiety
2. Had to cancel plans because of it
3. Stared at the mirror
4. Felt nervous around others
5. Got stuck in your head and felt like you'd never get out
You are not alone.
Life can get better.
Please keep moving until you find it.
