2 split state votes if within margin of error
3 go with electoral college if no one breaks 50%, go with popular vote if someone gets 50%

If permanent standard time people got their way the sun would rise today on the east coast at 4:50 am when 0 people are awake and would set at 7:30 pm when literally everyone is awake. If I must compromise on switching the clocks to preserve my sanity during the summer so be it
