HAHA Don Lemon’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, says he was arrested covering the Grammy Awards.
Do you think he will face prison time?
Since this is a federal case, federal cases are overseen by the federal court system, not individual states.
Don Lemon could face up to 10–11 years in federal prison if convicted on both charges: violation of the FACE Act (up to 1 year for a first offense) and conspiracy to deprive others of civil rights (up to 10 years), though realistic sentences are likely FAR lower.
I’m just guessing, if he is sentenced, I think he will get a 1-2 year sentence best case scenario… worst case, Probation..
Don Lemon has been ordered to pay $17 million to the members of the church parish he disrupted when he attacked their pastor during a service.
A Minneapolis jury came back in less than an hour with the decision, awarding the class of 34 plaintiffs $500,000 each in punitive damages for violating their civil rights.
Lemon says he'll appeal to a federal court, but it's unlikely any judge would overturn a jury verdict that came in so quickly.
In other words, Lemon is a loser. Again.
What's your response to this......??👀
MAKE THIS GO VIRAL ON X. LET’S GO 👏
Let me fix that headline for you:
MAINE STATE SENATOR CAUGHT HARBORING ILLEGAL ALIEN AS ALIEN TRIES TO FLEE TO CANADA
"Jessie Laurel Tepler-Mujambere, a 28-year-old originally from Burundi, had been living with his adoptive family in Maine for the past decade."
"His adoptive mother, Denise Tepler, is a state senator in Maine. She called this situation a waste of time, energy, and American taxpayer dollars."
In just these past two weeks we have seen:
1. Widespread civil unrest and riots in France.
2. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Albania.
3. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Italy.
4. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Spain.
5. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Portugal.
6. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Belgium.
7. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Serbia.
8. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Georgia.
9. Widespread civil unrest and an apparent judicial coup in Poland.
10. Widespread civil unrest and riots in Czechia (including an attempted takeover of the Parliament building).
11. Widespread student protests in Greece.
12. Targeted student protests in Indonesia.
13. Localized violent protests in India.
14. An apparently fraudulent election in Brazil where the presumed presidential election winner was forced to flee the country under threat of arrest by his opponent.
15. The uncovering of a Color Revolution plot in the USA led by embittered former USAID employees and ex-military members.
That’s a lot to be happening all at once, don’t you think?
And the USA is having midterm elections next week.
You know, if I was a conspiracy-minded type I might be connecting some dots here. 🧐
Ten million people have watched a comedian accidentally destroy the entire TED talk industry.
He filmed the talk once at TEDxNewYork in 2014 and openly admitted he had nothing to say.
Speaking coaches charge $5,000 to teach the exact tricks he used in 6 minutes to say nothing at all.
His name is Will Stephen. He is a comedian from Late Night with Seth Meyers who was invited to give a real TED talk and used it to prove the format is a costume anyone can wear.
Every TED speaker opens with a question, tells a personal story, cites a scientist, and shows a chart. Stephen did all four in six minutes with zero content.
His entire formula fits on a napkin.
Gesture with both hands. Ask the audience a question anyone can answer. Tell a mildly embarrassing story so they say aww. Point to a stranger on a slide and call them important. Flash a chart of random numbers. Wear glasses with no lenses. The audience will think you are brilliant.
That last trick alone has probably cost the public speaking coaching industry a hundred million dollars in sessions clients should have skipped.
"If you watched me on YouTube with the sound off, you would think I was a genius."
That is Will Stephen on the TED stage, three minutes into the talk he was paid to give. He wasn't lying.
Executives pay $15,000 for a keynote coach and still open with a joke the room never laughs at. Founders rehearse their pitch for weeks and still sound like Stephen at minute four, saying "wagga wah, gabba gabba" with authority.
The talk is free on YouTube. The method is written across every TED speaker's playbook for ten years.
Stephen still writes for Seth Meyers. Almost none of the ten million viewers have stopped nodding at empty slides since.
The formula is free. The willingness to actually say something before your next keynote, pitch, or townhall is the entire edge.
So, basically, 500 million Europeans expect 300 million Americans to protect them from 120 million Russians who can’t even defeat 40 million Ukrainians while those 500 million Europeans don’t even realize they are being conquered by 2 billion Muslims who claim they are being persecuted by 8 million Israelis. Is that about right?

Good news New Hampshire! 603 Equality is shutting down. This was an organization that advocated on transing little boys and girls within our state. However, they have now teamed up with NH Outright. Time to shut them down too.

A gentleman from Atkinson, New Hampshire shows why we need to vote YES on Question 2 on the ballot. 😳😳
Also, vote for Republicans who made the tax cap question available to you.
@SununuSenator Public service isnt how we see it. You & your ilk have lined your pockets at our expense & now we are forced to vote for your feckless tomfoolery & against our better judgment. Do not be deceived, we aren't voting for you because you a good choice but because the other is worse.
