I have just spoken with the airline myself & this has still not been requested. How is it acceptable that you are blatantly lying to customers on a daily basis?!
@opodo I’ve now been chasing my refund for a year. I get the same response DMs & palmed off with the same answer if I call. Its completely ridiculous & unacceptable. I have 4 emails stating the refund has been requested from the airline but if I call them they tell me it hasn’t
@opodo I have been chasing a refund since June. I have been promised a return call numerous times but am still yet to hear from you. The customer service has been appalling yet you still continue to email requesting feedback! I do not want to resort to legal action over this!
@opodo It’s now been over a week since I sent the reference number as requested & I’m still awaiting any form of communication. Not feeling like this is the priority you told me it would be!
