@airfrance do not tell me to contact messenger or whatsapp as I have done that multiple times with no help, same answer, and nasty agents. How can there be no one to talk to who will HELP?? Or even care
@airfrance Day 11 with no luggage. All messages, texts, & calls over last 10 days have been replied to with the same non information or wrong information. Have been told (lied to) MULTIPLE times that my baggage will be delivered “tomorrow.”UNACCEPTABLE. NO customer svc whatsoever
@Delta sitting on a hot plane with no AC while they check IDs of everyone on the plane bc their passenger list doesn’t match up ☹️ DL2047 how does this happen?
@Delta stupid separating C+ & Sky. Leaves a few Sky each flight (3 on this flight) that gate agents forget to call, or lumps them in when calling C+ anyway. I’m Sky & choose exit instead of C+. Tired of not getting called to board.
@Delta WHY assume moving me from exit row to Comfort + is an upgrade? I do NOT check the upgrade request for C+ for just this reason. But when boarding I keep getting moved. 😠
@Delta WHY would you have a Sky Club with only ONE bathroom? In ATLANTA? One for everyone! Biggest perk of DSC is having a clean, uncrowded restroom between connections. There’s a line always at least 5 deep and leaves no time for it to get cleaned. D12
