The obvious solution. Cardless systems/stablecoins: A2A payments and Stables can be used as a payment rail to bypass traditional networks like Mastercard and Visa for direct transactions.

That exact system is being built as we speak through Ripple partner OpenPayd and Citizen (YASPA) 🇬🇧
