@OC_Transpo Will you still be able to buy tickets at the stations to facilitate transfers with STO? Noting that a transfer on a debit/credit card does not work on STO but the physical printout from the transit stations does work. Bus drivers will not print out a transfer if paid by card

@OC_Transpo What is OC Transpo's advice then to someone who gets the red screen (declined) but is charged anyways? Continue boarding the bus? This is an issue with the card readers! I was on hold for over 20 minutes earlier and hung up. That seems excessive for a small refund

@OC_Transpo sometimes when you tap your debit/credit card on the terminal, a red screen pops up and says card declined. But the charge still goes through. How do I get refunded after being charged for 3 rides instead of 1? Is this issue being worked on?
