Hey @UPS I have been double billed for your premium membership that should be at $19.99 but I got billed twice in less than 24 hours. Why did this occur? How do I get my money back for the second payment from my account at $19.99?

@TMobileHelp @UPS @TMobile What is the purpose of @UPS premium membership to change addresses or delivery dates if you can't do that. This is madness. My wife just died in October and my goal is to transfer her number to a watch that will cost me over $600. I about to also leave @TMobile over this.

@TMobile @TMobileHelp Can someone call me. You have sent my new watch to the wrong address and @UPS says I need to get a hold of TMobile to change my address or have the shipment held at UPS. A $600 watch will be in someone's else's possession if we can't deliver to my address

@TMobileHelp Hey @UPS you definitely need to have agents for customer support in the United States and since I am a premium member of @UPS that the package that is coming to my old address can't be changed to my new address because @TMobile put the wrong address on it.
