@Tim0What@chrismartenson It’s no difference, we just have social media now so the hysterics can be ever present, horror, how many souls were lost to D&D and playing Ozzy records backwards?!? Lol!
@VPrasadMDMPH When they were brought back at my facility I simply declined to wear one. Not a single person has said a word to me, we just need to not comply!
@adaptanita@natalie_morrill Did you ask him why he did that? And what exactly is “them”? I’ve been an OR nurse 13 years and I’ve never seen a pelvic exam with a lap chole. Your body isn’t in the correct position for a pelvic exam when having a lap chole. I think you simply misunderstood.
@HenriHartWrites@Cele_The_Fish@natalie_morrill You need to stop telling women this when you don’t know what you are talking about, nearly all laparoscopic pelvic procedures require uterine manipulation which is accomplished by placing a device vaginally.
@HenriHartWrites@natalie_morrill When you have a tubal they often insert a uterine manipulator into the cervix, this is routine, and yes the cup would have come out, also it’s highly likely that they did drain your bladder with a catheter, also routinely done to prevent injury to the bladder.
@adaptanita@natalie_morrill He probably meant he swung the camera towards your pelvis to check internally, uterus, ovaries, stuff like that, not that he gave you a pelvic exam.
