@Ask_Spectrum I have been tripping on this cable for 7 MONTHS! I keep logging tickets via chat, via phone; it keeps getting "escalated" but I never get a response. I'm sick of spilling groceries across the street when I fall! Someone PLEASE do their job in Dallas and bury this?

@TampaElectric The TnC area - Town n Country. It seems like all the red & yellow "zones" on the map overlap at the substation/whatever it is, on Jackson Springs. Any update as to the cause or guesstimate to resolution would be appreciated. I'll pass it on in the various SM apps to neighbors 🙂
