🇪🇺 EU Eyes Direct Stakes in Critical Minerals to Break China's Grip
The European Parliament has backed a proposal for a €2B fund to create a "Critical Raw Materials Centre."
This agency would be empowered to take direct equity stakes in strategic mining, processing, and recycling projects.
The move signals a shift towards a US-style approach of direct government investment to secure supply chains for EVs, renewable energy, and defense—areas currently dominated by Chinese processors.
This aggressive new strategy aims to help the EU meet its ambitious goal of domestically processing 40% of its critical mineral consumption by 2030.

What does EUR bring to the table?
Aside from saleable assets, Potential. So much POTENTIAL!
Attached is the link to what VELTA is. I suggest a quick look should be taken.

A Short Trap.
The shorts spent 20 days leaning on the tape to protect an arb spread that officially died at 4:00 PM EDT today.
Now they’re sitting on 28M short shares, 0 borrow, 67% CTB, and an Australian EUR merger vote that will more than likely pass Thursday—all while the new shares they’re praying will save them don’t arrive until November 5.
Get ready to fire up your proton packs and remember,...Don't look directly into the trap! 👀

I have finished my 2.5 week trip which included the research site visit, a non deal roadshow in NYC and meetings in Washington. I am heading home now for the crucial merger vote on Thursday. I am 99% confident all resolutions will pass and then er await the final court approval on Monday 26th. That will secure our funding requirements for at least 18 months. The combined entity will have alot of newsflow in the coming months with the 2026 drill results, pilot plant operationing to supply concentrate to our offtake partnets for process testing. We also will start our divestment program as previously announced with the non core assets that come with the merger. Thankyou for your patience.
@asxstocklife Rest assured we are talking to many countries.. No stone will be left unturned. Stock markets are not helping anyone in our space but we don't need funds after the merger. A big week for CRML and lots of newsflow.

You're going to need a bigger boat..... (for the 💵)
Tony Sage is heading to DC next week... maybe fishing for big investors??... maybe EXIM or DPA?
Let hope he reels in the BIG one!

🎃 Could $CRML be gearing up for another monster spooky season repeat of last October’s $32.15 high? 👀
With heavy macro momentum around critical minerals and a visual reminder of that peak carved right into our pumpkins, the catalyst alignment for Critical Metals Corp. is looking scary good!
🔥 The Bullish Catalyst Lineup:
* European Lithium Closing:
Scheme booklet lodged and merger vote October 22, targeting full transaction completion in early November 2026.
* 10,000m Tanbreez Drilling: Aassay results from one of the world's largest rare earth deposits could trigger major price discovery.
* Operational Milestones & Offtakes and JV, Proof-of-concept pilot plant operating alongside a 15-year binding offtake deal signed with REalloys to support US defense and national security supply chains.
And here's the real spector looming that could scare the crap out of the shorts 🫣...
🇺🇸US Equity Strategic Stake
In early October 2025 last year, Reuters reported that U.S. government officials were in discussions to take a direct ~8% equity stake in Critical Metals Corp. ($CRML) by converting a $50 million Defense Production Act (DPA) grant application to help secure Greenland’s Tanbreez rare earth deposit.
Reuters framed the potential deal as part of Washington's effort to secure Western supply chains for heavy rare earth minerals (such as gallium and tantalum) and bypass Chinese processing dominance.
That leaked rumor served as the main spark for $CRML’s explosive rally to its $32.15 peak last October.
There's always some truth to rumors, was it real?,..is it still planned but just delayed?
We could be hearing major Greenland related news before Halloween 👻
🚀 The Bottom Line:
Real supply chain assets + locked-in defense offtakes + looming acquisition completion + large short interest = serious green candle potential!
$CRML 🔥 Tanbreez is much more than a rare-earth story.
The project currently reports ~44.9M tonnes of mineral resources, with gallium grades reaching 80–140 ppm and historical results up to 147 ppm — far above average crustal abundance.
Add heavy REEs, gallium, niobium, zirconium and other critical metals, and the strategic value of Tanbreez becomes hard to ignore. 👀
The real catalyst now: turning this massive resource into an economically viable supply chain. 🚀
