Hello Officials,

Last night, I received an update about the cancellation of train 12811 scheduled for April 13th, accompanied by only a brief message of regret. This sudden cancellation has left us in a highly challenging situation, and I am unsure how to navigate through it.

I have a wedding planned in April, for which I had booked train tickets for nearly 50 passengers set to travel on April 13th from LTT to Ranchi. With this cancellation, we are now facing several critical issues:

- No alternate dates are available, and the few remaining routes are either unsuitable or already overbooked.
- Road travel is not a viable option due to a sharp surge in transportation costs following the cancellation announcement.
- Airfares are excessively high, making it unaffordable for a middle - class family to accommodate such a large group.
- The reduced ticket booking window further complicates securing an alternative train route, making last-minute reservations nearly impossible.

Given these challenges, we find ourselves with no feasible alternatives. Most available routes are either fully booked or far too expensive. The sudden rise in demand for road transport has resulted in significantly inflated costs, while airfare is beyond our financial reach for a group of this size.

Moreover, we have children and elderly family members traveling with us, making road travel extremely inconvenient and impractical. Key concerns include safety risks, lack of access to proper washroom facilities, and the discomfort of long-distance seater buses, which, ironically, are now priced higher than airfare.

Additionally, with the reduction in the ticket booking window, even attempting to travel via an alternative train route with multiple connections is proving to be a near-impossible task due to lack of seat availability.

We urgently seek intervention and assistance from the concerned authorities to help us find a practical and feasible solution to this predicament. Please provide guidance or an alternative arrangement at the earliest.
