It was relocated there in 2008 by DBKL. Masa relocate situ ada kecoh? Nope. Lepas tu ada tak taikun India buat effort nak beli tanah tu? Minta geran? Minta permit whatever? Obviously takde, hence the problem now.

And then the land was bought by JAKEL in 2014. Dah lama dah nego baik baik minta relocate coz now it sits on somebody else's land.

THATS why its called pemindahan. No one is going to demolish the temple or the patung.

AND AGAIN JUST TO BE CLEAR..
THE TEMPLE DID NOT SIT THERE FOR 130 YEARS.
THERE IS NO HISTORICAL VALUE FOR IT TO SIT THERE.
