@JioCare Paid ₹1,200 for JioFiber relocation after being assured my ₹1,047 plan and all OTT benefits would remain unchanged. Post-relocation, Netflix and Amazon Prime have been removed without any prior intimation. This feels misleading and unfair.

@JioCare @JioCare 1.I’d not been informed of this plan change. I was only asked to pay INR 1200 when I got to the “relocation” page.
2. I dont see an option to upgrade to my erstwhile INR 1047 plan.Can you confirm that d 1200 paid in d last week will get adjusted with my subsequent bill?

Who in their right mind would pay more and get less? My Netflix and Amazon Prime benefits are gone. I never requested or agreed to this change.

IMPORTANT: as predicted and expected, prices of 19 kg Commercial cylinder has been increased by Rs 993 from today. A 19 Kg cylinder will cost Rs 3071.50 in Delhi from today. No change in domestic cylinder prices. Elections over, exit poll drama done, reality strikes! 🙏

I suffered a bad order from @dominos_india ( had spent ₹749) Was given a ₹500 compensation coupon upon raising a complaint.

Now you say I need to order worth ₹1000 to use it.

So for your bad service, I’m the one expected to spend more? How fair is that?

Ordered 2 pizzas from @dominos_india for ₹749. both were terrible. After I complained, I was given a ₹500 compensation coupon.

Apparently, there’s a ₹1000 minimum cart value, this was never mentioned earlier. Why do I spend more to use a “sorry” coupon? Please fix this!
