I am not going to argue about what the video shows. I would say he was fighting and then resisting and generally creating chaos. While armed. And yes one of the agents disarmed him but in the chaos he created others apparently didn’t get the word. That’s on him not them. He was a fool or suicidal.

Pretti's death was tragic and maybe avoidable. But 11 days before he was shot, he yelled "Assault me MFer" at federal agents, and kicked out the taillight of their SUV and got tackled by them.

He armed himself and repeatedly went out seeking confrontations with law enforcement. That this ended badly was in no small part his own fault.
