@ChristiFriesen @DoubleDietz Already sent a letter of demand have a lawyer making a claim so we Han garnish or seize assets which they have very few and behind a list of secured creditors. This is the first I heard they went bankrupt was trying to get this judgement before that.

@robinsonshaun1 @ChristiFriesen @Agfinity Yes AgFinity even verified that they had been paid. Being a commercial grain hauler as well we were aloud to deliver our own grain. Which was sold not very far away to a company I knew. Also had to pay the cleaning to make it meet spec.
