@united did not place it on my flight. Outside of me calling I have received little to no updates. After waiting 3 hours past my delivery time arrive until 7 pm!! Your customer service has been rude, short, and unhelpful during this process. Why am I punished for your error?

United mishandled my luggage and did not place my suitcase on my flight. Their service team has been horrible when it comes to resolving THEIR MISTAKE!
