A completely fabricated poll claiming Karen Bass was crushing her opponent by 12 points got blasted across local media and social media. Bass shared it. Hundreds of posts amplified it.

The company behind it just admitted the whole thing was a “short-term social experiment.” No real pollsters. No real data. Just a test to see how easily fake polling can spread when no one bothers to check the source.

Her opponent is rightly calling her out for promoting it without any vetting. Bass is blaming the media instead.

This is how trust dies. Fake numbers get treated as real, voters get misled, and the people who push them face zero consequences.

The week Byron Donalds announced he was running for Governor I asked him to go troll libs protesting a Tesla dealership.
