UN REFORM: Trump United Nations reform envoy Jeff Bartos announces $570M slashed from U.N. budget and 2,900 positions eliminated in what he calls a historic first across all 193 member states.

The cuts came through unanimous consensus — something Bartos says has never happened in the organization's 80-year history. He calls it a 'down payment,' with the next phase already targeting peacekeeping spending, employee pensions and what the administration describes as entrenched anti-Israel bias across UN agencies.
