@Linkin1319 …and that any interested third party can agree to keep their Epstein evidence private in exchange for no-bid contracts, new wars upon request, etc.
@realKyleKeegan@JamieBonkiewicz It’s also educated people, though.
I’d understand if Trump was riding a wave of barefoot knuckleheads, but he has the loyalty of a LOT of traditional model-citizen types.
They’re so concerned by the progressive movement that they want a strongman and refuse to question him.
@Amzo04 I’d love to sit down with anybody from the “if America sent our best athletes to soccer…” camp and ask them where they see Rob Gronkowski participating in any of these clips.
Ron Paul: “There’s been a coup. We don’t have any resemblance to a government that believes in a republic. We don’t have honest money. We don’t have integrity. We don’t even have people in Washington who even pretend… to tell the truth.”
@ThatLondonLady@England@FIFAWorldCup Don’t know if this helps, but I LOVE England yet viscerally abhor the team. Too cautious, too much fear of screwing up, I find their games boring. And the fans get soo nervous and “pre-angry” if anything goes wrong. Vibe = bad
@SmokinSignal@FIFABrit Can’t win argument. Release the slurs!
I don’t hate America. Extreme bogus pride even in the face of information that calls for humility is hard to love, though.
@KVanValkenburg So funny! I can’t get enough of it. The only sad part is that 90% of the stuff out here is intentionally wrong just to get comments. But it’s still a lot of fun.
Soccer twitter is great, I am sad I wasn't plugged into it previously. Fav a few tweets, share a few dumb opinions, and now my timeline is like:
Russell Westbrook and DK Metcalf could defeat Brazil's current squad with 6 months of training, particularly since Brazil is no longer a team of creative Catholic heathens; also the Americans have 11 Erling Haalands in every mid-size Ohio town but many of them will never make it because they have to pay club fees so they're instead forced to play power forward in the MAC, and America's loudest soccer voice is like "Shareholders see this as a good return on an investment, if you disagree you are woke."
@atrupar I go to sleep sad at night because there are millions of Americans who honestly believe there’s an entire 50% of Americans who are “pro-fraud”.
Asinine. How can our discourse be so stupid?
@SmokinSignal@FIFABrit Does that chart show how many athletes each country have sent to compete in that time span?
I’ve heard that we win medals at basically the same rate per athlete. Example using that metric China had more medals per athlete in the Paris games.
Anyway you weren’t joking. Thanks.
@Tserk24@FIFABrit Chris if somebody said English workers are the best at fishing bicycles out of the Thames, wouldn’t it sound ridiculous to say “big deal if Americans cared about bicycles in the Thames we would have all the best employees!!”
We all get it: people can train to be good at anything
