@Sacha_Lord @griffitha Probably because the real problem here is the 2026 revaluation that has thrown up some perverse RV’s for some pubs. Restaurants and cafes are assessed completely differently and they benefit from the new lower rate hospitality multiplier and generous transition arrangements.
