My response to people bringing up Paxton’s personal shortcomings is none of it will impact my family. Same for Trump. I’m not electing a pastor, and voting for a progressive will definitely impact the lives of my fam. I’m voting for the candidate who will fight for conservative policies and protect the country my ancestors helped form. The other stuff is noise.

While I share your frustration, not voting is a message that you don’t care if liberals and progressives take over. I lived in both CA and WA state and still have political PTSD from the experience. While you may not like the current candidates please consider that you’ll basically be voting for west coast values. You won’t recognize the TX we love once they get their hands on it…let alone the damage they’ll do nationally. Please hold your breath and vote.

@EricSpracklen @GregoryKBovino I feel the same emotions but this is not the way. They’re will likely be a Supreme Court vacancy in the next Senate term. While some of Trump’s picks haven’t delivered, the other side brought us Jackson. Legislatively, we’ll likely be deadlocked regardless.
