Part-4 video sent to Zline showing faulty design of ice maker that kicks cubes behind drawer which keeps drawer from closing. You have to remove the entire top drawer and ice tray to remove 1 piece of ice. A teenager with a 3-D printer could design it better. @ZLINEKitchen

Part 3- Replacement will also need the custom panels mounted on front, but Zline won’t do that. Company founder, Andrew Zuro, won’t respond about the design flaw. Spend the money and get Viking or Sub Zero instead. Z-Line sux! @ZLINEKitchen #kitchendesign @AndrewZuro

Part 2- 6 months in we have had to replace the water dispenser and there is an obvious design flaw with the ice maker in the bottom pull out drawer. They will send another one but won’t pay for removal of first one. Plus, a new one will have same design flaw. @ZLINEKitchen
